The Chugach TR waterproof rain gear system for hunting earns its keep on tough unsupported backcountry hunts when staying dry, covering miles of country, and keeping overall gear weight to a minimum are crucial. This full-featured rain jacket includes pit-zip ventilation, adjustable cuffs, a 2-way adjustable hood, and multiple zippered pockets.
Design features include raglan sleeves with seamless shoulders for added comfort while wearing a pack, in addition, the sleeve cuff tabs are strategically placed with no bulk on the inner forearm for optimal bowstring clearance. The zippered hand pockets are raised to not interfere with backpack hip belt.
Built with an outer-layer fit, the Chugach TR Rain Jacket is ideally worn over a base layer and one-to-two insulating mid layers—all in your same measured size. If you prefer a loose fit, or you’re between sizes up sizing is recommended.
